Funny Livvy
Here is Livvy wearing my nursing cover. She told me she was feeding her bear. Livvy is getting to be quite the talker. No one would believe me with how quiet she is but at home she is a chatterbox as of late.
The other day David, Olivia and I where watching the Olympics and a add came on for Budweiser David began to tell Livvy how beer was way worse than alcohol and that she should never eat it. Livvy turned to me as to further explain and said "ya it is bad and it tastes like poop and we don't eat poop it is disgusting" Funnyest thing I have heard in a long time.

Jacob Alton Willett
We welcomed our newest family member Thursday morning February 18, 2010 at 6:31 am. He came very quickly and 12 days early. I went in to the doctor Wednesday morning and was 5cm but I had been 3cm for 2 weeks before that. The doctor said the baby could come any time. I am sure she was not expecting to see me 18 hours later in labor. I was induced with both David and Olivia so I was not sure when I went in to labor but by 4:30 that morning I was pretty sure I should be going to the Hospital. Thanks to the Miner we had someone to watch the kids and we got to the hospital at 5:15 am. Jacob came so fast only a little more than an hour after I arrived. this was my fist all natural labor as well. Jacob was, I guess, exited to get here he shot out after a few pushes. Both he and I are doing great and are home. David and Livvy are great with Jacob and are exited to hold him and help out.
7lbs. 15oz. 20" long
our hairy little monkey he is much darker than out other two where.

Cute Kids
Meat Grinder
Years ago I trained my Mom my giant crock pot for her meat grinder attachment for the Bosch. I think I got a better deal. I love the meat grinder. I can find cheep cuts of meat like this butt pork roast 67cents/lbs and make ground pork. MMMM ground pork for all sorts of yummy dishes like dirty rice won-tons and meatballs. It took us about 5 min to grind up 8lbs of pork. Butcher paper is the best for wrapping I have never had my meat get freezer burn wrapped up like this. I also grind beef what Brisket is under a $1/lbs plus I can make it extra lean. Eric likes to grind eye of round (supper lean) for making beef jerky. Thanks Mom!
