I have been craving homemade Chicken Noodle soup. I decide to make noodles from scratch. I was given a pasta maker for Mothers day last year and it was crying out to be used. I followed the instruction that came with the machine and made up the rest. I am amazed at how good flour and egg tastes. I was surprised how quick it all went.

I seem to remember the noodles being 10 times better when they were home made than in pre-made soup.

Ah! Homemade noodles are the best! Of course, yours are so much neater and prettier then mine are (I just use a pizza cutter). It's been a while though. What an inspiration you are!
